Two new entrepreneurship funding programs from ESPA were published on 18/12/2023, through which new SMEs of production and services are financed, as well as new Tourism Enterprises.

Action 1: Strengthening the Establishment and Operation of New SMEs.
The Action concerns the support of business plans under establishment (after 18/12/2023) and newly established (from 18/12/2022 – 18/12/2023) small and medium-sized enterprises from all over Greece, in the production and services sectors, which will invest their own resources in the activity they intend to carry out and will create new jobs.
The subsidized budget of each investment project ranges from 30.000 € to 400.000 €.
The rate of aid for applications for funding is uniform for all eligible costs of investment projects and amounts to 45% of the subsidized budget.
The grant rate may be increased by (a) 10% if the investment is made in a remote or fire-stricken or flood-stricken area or small islands and (b) an additional 5% upon achievement of the employment target of at least 1 AWU in the first year after completion of the investment.
The duration of implementation of the physical and financial object of the investment project will be 24 months from the date of issuance of the accession decision.
Submission period: from 18/12/2023 to 22/3/2024 (at 15:00).
Action 2: Strengthening the Establishment and Operation of New Small and Medium-sized Tourism Enterprises.
The Action concerns the strengthening of tourism entrepreneurship under establishment (after 18/12/2023) and newly established (from 18/12/2022 – 18/12/2023) Tourism Enterprises from all over Greece.
The subsidized budget of each investment project ranges from € 80,000 to € 400,000.
The grant will amount to 45% of the costs submitted.
The aid rate may be increased by (a) 10% if the investment is made in a remote or fire-stricken or flood-stricken area or small islands and (b) an additional 5% upon reaching the employment target of at least 0.2 AMU in the first year after the completion of the investment.
The duration of implementation of the physical and financial object of the investment plan is strictly set at 24 months, which cannot be extended.
Submission period: from 18/12/2023 to 22/3/2024 (at 15:00).
